HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Vexisv, including a tracking link provided by the carrier.

By clicking the link, you can view real-time updates on your order status once it is in transit.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

We process orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast fulfillment. Therefore, once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or changed.

Please make sure all order details are correct before completing checkout.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns as long as the item is in its original condition (unused, with tags attached, and no visible wear).

Please note that direct exchanges are not available.

Once your return is received and inspected, our team will issue store credit that can be used on any item in Vexisv. Store credit does not expire.

THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We regularly restock popular items from our latest collections. If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications using your email so you won’t miss its return.

I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS – CAN IT BE CHANGED?

Please contact us immediately with your correct address.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the shipping details. However, if the order has already been processed or dispatched, we are unable to make any changes.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Kindly provide your order number, product name or code, and clear photos of the issue so our team can assist you promptly.

I FORGOT TO APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE. CAN I STILL USE IT?

Yes. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and discount code, and we will do our best to assist you.
